Chief Revenue Officer

Revenue & PartnershipsRemote / Hybrid — IndiaContractPerformance-linked · discussed 1:1

Ariqu is a HealthTech company building AI software for the way clinics actually run.

Our platform, the Ariqu Operating System (aOS), is an AI-native clinic operating system for modern practices, specialty centres and individual doctors. It replaces the stack of disconnected tools a clinic usually runs on: appointments and live queues, EMR, prescriptions, billing and digital payments, diagnostics, pharmacy and inventory, patient communication, and analytics — all on one platform, all sharing the same data. AI handles the work that steals a doctor's day: consultations documented as they happen, patients followed up without anyone chasing them, and owners who can see how the practice is performing without pulling reports by hand.

The product works. What we need now is someone to put it in front of the country.

As Chief Revenue Officer you own that entirely — clinic acquisition, enterprise sales, healthcare partnerships, channel programmes and ecosystem growth. This is a build-it-from-scratch role, not an inherited pipeline: you decide how Ariqu goes to market, and then you go and do it. You report to and work alongside the Founder & CEO, with the room to move fast and the authority to make the calls that matter.

The engagement starts as a six-month contract, remote or hybrid from anywhere in India, and is designed to convert into a long-term executive leadership position on the strength of what you deliver.

You'll be measured on the things that actually indicate a business is growing: recurring revenue, new clinics signed, enterprise partnerships landed, channel partners onboarded, retention and renewals, revenue per customer, pipeline health, and expansion from the customers you already have.

One thing to be clear about before you apply: this is an outcome-based engagement, not a salaried post. There is no fixed monthly pay — what you earn tracks the revenue you actually bring in, and there is no ceiling on it. The exact structure is agreed with the Founder & CEO face to face or on a call, not published on a job page.

If you have closed enterprise healthcare deals, built partnerships that outlasted you, and scaled a SaaS business from early traction to real revenue, we should talk.

No fixed monthly pay. What you earn tracks the revenue you bring in, uncapped — and the structure is agreed with the Founder & CEO directly at the first call rather than published here.

What you'll do

  • Own Ariqu's revenue strategy and build the sales and partnership motions the company grows on.
  • Acquire independent clinics, multi-specialty and dental practices, and diagnostic centres across India — and keep those relationships alive long after the signature.
  • Source, negotiate and close high-value commercial and enterprise agreements end to end.
  • Build partnerships with hospital groups, healthcare chains, medical associations, distributors, consultants and channel partners, and stand up referral and alliance programmes.
  • Grow the ecosystem around the platform — diagnostic labs, pharmacies, telemedicine, insurance and healthcare service providers — to lift recurring usage and customer lifetime value.
  • Find the next market before anyone asks you to, and represent Ariqu in the rooms where those decisions get made.
  • Build the sales process, forecasting and reporting the company will run on.
  • Recruit, mentor and scale a revenue team as the numbers justify it, and set the culture it operates in.

What we look for

  • 8+ years in revenue leadership, enterprise sales, business development, strategic partnerships or commercial leadership.
  • Proven experience in healthtech, digital health, SaaS, EMR/EHR, hospital information systems, practice management software, enterprise software or healthcare consulting.
  • A track record of acquiring enterprise customers and landing strategic partners — with numbers you can walk us through.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and leadership skills at an executive level.
  • Comfortable being paid on outcomes — your earnings track the revenue you deliver, with no ceiling on either.
  • Entrepreneurial temperament: happy with ambiguity, fast cycles and no playbook to inherit.

Nice to have

  • Experience building and scaling a revenue team from zero.
  • An existing network among clinic owners, hospital groups or healthcare distributors in India.
  • Exposure to marketplace or ecosystem partnerships across labs, pharmacy, insurance or telemedicine.
  • Experience selling into multi-centre and chain healthcare groups.
