Pharmacy Management System

The pharmacy counter,
running itself.

AriquRx is ariqu’s pharmacy operating system — billing, batches, GST, payments and prescriptions in one place. It runs as its own application at rx.ariqu.com, with its own staff logins, while the clinic keeps talking to it: a doctor ends a consultation and the prescription is already at the counter.

Three jobs, done properly.

A pharmacy lives or dies on the counter, the stockroom and the cash drawer. AriquRx was built around exactly those three.

The counter

Keeps up with the queue

Search by brand, generic or a misspelling — the price, batch and live stock are already on screen. Quantities are typed, not tapped thirty times. Every bill is a GST invoice on the pharmacy’s own letterhead, with its logo.

  • Fuzzy search across 30,000+ medicines
  • Live stock and MRP on every result
  • Discounts governed by role, overrides recorded
The stockroom

Tells the truth, always

Batch-level inventory with FEFO picking, expiry tiers, quarantine and two-person write-offs. Receiving is one flow: search the item, fill the batch line, post. Nothing moves without a ledger entry behind it.

  • First-expiry-first-out enforced at the till
  • Expiry watch at 30 / 60 / 90 days
  • Reorder suggestions from real sales velocity
The money

Reconciles itself

Cash and card are confirmed before anything is recorded. UPI collects on a real Razorpay QR and settles only when the money actually arrives. Refunds reverse to the instrument the customer paid with.

  • Gateway-verified UPI — no manual “received”
  • Payment links for remote customers
  • Refunds and credit notes, fully audited

How one sale runs.

Four steps, most of them automatic. The pharmacist confirms; the software does the rest.

Step 1

Prescription arrives

From the doctor’s screen, or shot on a phone camera and read by AI for the pharmacist to confirm.

Step 2

FEFO picks the batch

The nearest expiry that can cover the quantity, split across batches when it must.

Step 3

Customer pays

Cash, card, a scannable UPI QR fixed to the amount, or a link sent to their phone.

Step 4

Receipt goes out

A branded GST receipt on WhatsApp, filed on the patient’s ariqu portal, stock updated.

Everything else it does.

Prescriptions read themselves

A QR hands the counter over to a phone camera; AI extraction fills the cart for the pharmacist to confirm.

Expiry and reorder alerts

Batches nearing expiry with one-click quarantine, plus low-stock suggestions with days of cover left.

Dose packets and labels

Printed QR medicine labels and morning/afternoon/night packets built from the prescription’s own instructions.

Returns with QC

Restock, quarantine or dispose per line, cold-chain attested, refunded to the original mode or as a credit note.

Customers and history

Every buyer on record with visits, lifetime value and purchases — with duplicate-therapy warnings at the counter.

Schedule H discipline

Schedule H/H1/X and controlled items cannot be sold without the prescription on file. Every action is audited.

Survives a dead connection

Cash sales queue offline and settle themselves on reconnect — the counter never stops taking money.

Analytics that mean something

Billed versus collected, payment mix, top medicines, growth against the previous period — never one dressed as the other.

Clinic ↔ pharmacy

Connected to the clinic, not buried inside it.

A pharmacy is its own business — its own staff, its own licence, its own shift. So AriquRx is its own product, not a tab in the doctor’s dashboard. The two talk over a documented interface: the doctor dispatches a prescription to a chosen store, the counter dispenses and bills it, and the clinic sees it come back dispensed and ready for pickup.

The customer gets one experience across both — the GST receipt lands on WhatsApp and on their ariqu patient portal, filed against the same person the clinic knows.

Doctor ends the consult
Prescription dispatched to the chosen store
Counter dispenses
FEFO batches, GST bill, payment collected
Everyone is told
Receipt on WhatsApp, portal updated, clinic notified
