Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Ariqu — the clinic platform, the patient portal at patients.ariqu.com, public clinic pages with online booking, and our websites (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. They apply to clinics and their staff, to patients using the portal or booking online, and to visitors. If you use the Service on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to bind that clinic.

Ariqu is software. We provide the tools clinics use to run their practice — records, appointments, queues, prescriptions, billing, communications and a patient portal. Ariqu is not a healthcare provider and provides no medical advice. All clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions and records are made and owned by the treating clinic and its clinicians. Content in the portal is informational; it is not a substitute for consulting your doctor, and the portal is not an emergency channel.

• Keep your sign-in factors (email inbox, phone, one-time codes) secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information. Portal access links records by your verified email — using an email that is not yours is prohibited.
• Tell us promptly at hello@ariqu.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Hold and maintain all licences and registrations required to practise and to operate a clinic.
• Obtain patient consents required by law before recording, processing or sharing patient data through the Service.
• Ensure the accuracy of records and prescriptions entered by clinic staff; verify AI-assisted outputs (for example voice-scribe drafts or AI-receptionist bookings) before relying on them.
• Use patient contact details only for care-related communication, not marketing without valid consent.
• Manage staff access responsibly and deactivate accounts of departing staff.

• You may view records that Ariqu clinics holding your verified email have linked to you, and download prescriptions they finalise.
• Documents you upload are visible to clinics you visit — upload only files that are yours and lawful to share.
• If something in your record looks wrong, contact the clinic that created it; clinics own and correct their records.

You must not:

• Access data you are not authorised to see, or probe, breach or test the security of the Service.
• Upload malware or unlawful content, or use the Service to send spam.
• Scrape, bulk-export or resell data from the Service except through features we provide.
• Reverse-engineer, copy or create derivative works of the platform.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation.

Clinic subscriptions are billed per the plan agreed with Ariqu. Fees may change with reasonable prior notice; taxes are additional where applicable. The patient portal is free for patients.

Clinics own their clinical data; patients’ rights in their personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy. You grant Ariqu the licence needed to host and process that data to run the Service. Ariqu and its licensors own the platform, its design and all software; no rights are granted except as stated here.

We work to keep the Service available and safe, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Clinics should maintain the records and procedures required by law independent of any software, and should not rely on the Service as their only copy of legally mandated records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ariqu is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees the relevant clinic paid to Ariqu in the twelve months before the event (or ₹5,000 for free use). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Clinics indemnify Ariqu against claims arising from their clinical practice, their content, or their breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk or unlawful use. Clinics may terminate per their subscription and export their data; on termination we delete or return clinic data per the Privacy Policy and applicable retention law. Patients may stop using the portal and request account deletion at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-law forum.
